What room was this in? These mobs follow a pre-determined path and if they were off it, their spams might be off, so that might be a reason. Otherwise, was there a wanted around?

Being former Seanchan doesn't make you Seanchan, nor does being Sworn. Sworn may use the boats by saying "I wish to serve the Empress".

Ely, is it okay to issue a mob when the first one dies? It seems like that might be a loophole abuse as it is unlimited. For instance, if I want to kill FD smob, and I issue a mob in FD and then make it buff the smob. Then it dies, and I repeat with as many mobs as it takes for the smob to die. Tha...

This is intentional - the only way to make it work. Cities pretty much have no spare rooms left, meaning it's either this way, or no way at all.

This is a result of removing warder coding. We cannot uncode coded mobs, so their flag had to be replaced with something. If you find it really offensive, I can always put warder coding back... :P
