Astral projecting while incap?

Astral projecting while incap?

I am not sure if this is a bug, but it seemed very very weird. I was incap and could stand up and walk around, but all of the mobs and everything were gone from the rooms. Also, the log looks like I just died from being incap, but I lost tps so I assume Fiddler hit me? All odd and confusing.
