Bash-charge fix loophole?

Bash-charge fix loophole?

Not looking for a big discussion on this "feature"

But to me it looks like a premeditated loophole around the decades old fix of the bash-charge feature.

I am merely looking for input of the immortals on whether this is a loophole or not

The Blight
Although the edge of the blight is not far to the south, the sickly yellow

What am I missing.
he bashed you, while killing the tree. Walked out, on tree rip, re-entered, you were still bashed, allowing him to execute the charge?

What would have been the difference, if your bash was a disengage bash fail, and he charged?

His ego can't take responsibility for dying, so it has to be someone else's fault or someone is being cheatworthey.
