FIXED: river dancer-disembarking in tv

FIXED: river dancer-disembarking in tv

I may have found a second bug of the River Dancer.

As I wanted to complete the only part of the quest I hadn't before due to the first bug, I embarked on the River Dancer in Northharbor again. But I had forgotten to bring money. And I cannot leave now, disembark doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug, please?

This river ship is at least 8 spans in length and broad in the beam to
allow for as much cargo as possible. Two masts hold two lateen rigs, which
can be hoisted up or lowered depending on need. A tiller to steer the ship
sits at the stern. Several sweeps have been stored on deck.

I am now trying to get out, first I tried to located key and fountain and failed:

After I got a code from Damena, I was able to travel out but I misported.

Dark Forest
All of the trees that used to grow here have fallen over. Their twisted trunks
overlap as they lie pointing in all directions. Their shriveled roots are
covered with the sticky mud that refused to nourish and sustain their growth
any longer.

I know travel leads you a few rooms away from the goal, if you are using a code that you got somewhere else from where you are standing at the moment. But this was a bit too far and I don't know whether it was a normal misport, that happens sometimes, or whether the zone with the quest boat and Tar Valon (where damena ran the loc. she was in the tower rent and located the tv key. i used the code on the boat) are somehow far from each other.

Also, how do the non-channelers get out in such a case?
