The hand responds to command to stable armoured stallion with Yes Sir! by your command. But then nothing happens.

Dark slate slabs joined with a dark grey mortar make up the floor of the
stables. On either side are rows of individual stables, each with mounds of
sweet fresh hay and troughs of water. In the rafters over head a half dozen
cats look down upon the stables with lazy disinterest, only perking up when
they see a mouse or a rat scurry by. Buckets and brooms lay neatly stacked
along the north wall, as well as a barrel of sawdust. A wide door leads to
the riding circle to the east, while to the west the shimmering stones of
the street are visible.

An armored black stallion paws the ground, being ridden by you.
A man walks among the horses here feeding them and rubbing them down.
A black rat sits in a corner, eyes gleaming in the dark.
Prancing about on dainty feet, a palomino mare stands here.

Aren't you IA? Or was this your alt? I stabled my armored there yesterday with no problem. Could it be your clan flag maybe?

Edit: sorry I just noticed you were trying to use the return mobol. I didn't even know they added that to Seandar. Can you issue them there as well?
