Tar Valon and mob strength.

Some more Valon guardsman mobs have been added to the city of Tar Valon. In addition, they now call-mob.

Warder mobs no longer disarm/kick.

I have verified the Tar Valon city no-mob is still there, as ever. Since no one seems to know this even exists, I will give you a hint: guardsmen like to drink more than they like patrolling.

In the coming days, the amount of Aes Sedai mobs in the Tower will be distributed more evenly across the building. Some floors have many Aes Sedai mobs, some have few. Seeing how too many channeling mobs, e.g. 10 on the same floor, don't do anyone any good, scattering them should help.

EDIT: 10 Aes Sedai mobs on the same floor was an understatement. Try up to 30.
