Great, but do you see what I really mean? There is absolutely no mention of rewards and how to game that aspect of the war system in the post here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=8011 Without a clear guide line established, like you established with declaring war, there is no motivation or common knowledge of how to gain the same type of rewards that the warring factions can gain. This creates a heavy bias towards only declaring war and not diplomacy. I am greatly interested in hearing more about that side of the equation.
